The PSN Die Casting was established in 2015 promoted by Mr.M.Prakash with vast experience in Pressure Die Castings components catering to automobile segment in and around Chennai.
Over a period of years, the company has established itself as a solution provider for high quality, technically complex, low to medium volume die castings.
We have also grown to become one of the leading Die Casters in Chennai offering comprehensive range of services.
The total area of the plant is more than 5,000 square feet. The plant is located near Oragadam, (which is one of the Automobile Hubs in India) which is 45 kms from Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

The Quality assurance department is supported by a team of customer satisfaction driven quality engineers
The team uses various tools including Reviews of Design and Manufacturing, First Sample Inspection Report and Approval, PPAP, Control Plans, Inspection Standards and Manufacturing Standards, Capability Studies as applicable, “First Piece” Set Up Inspection and In Process Inspection.
100% Visual Final Inspection wherever applicable, Customer Complaints Management and 8D Corrective Actions.
